The organisation of the process
Defining goals
During the initial conversations with the Client’s representatives, we agree on the terms of the project and define the purpose for which it is implemented, the number of people participating, the languages and competencies to be verified. Then we assign a dedicated coordinator to handle the process.
Choosing a solution
In addition, in the case of business, specialist, and industry options as well as profiled ones, we define what skills and vocabulary are required from candidates/employees for a specific position, and then we adjust the online tests and interview scripts to verify those specific areas.
Lerneo system
After gathering the Client’s expectations, we configure the system, create accounts for the Client’s HR representatives, administrators and recruiters, and provide appropriate online tests.
Participant application
The representative of the client’s HR department, depending on the arrangements, independently enters or sends the list of audited persons (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, language, position – for a profiled audit) to a dedicated project coordinator.
Sending invitations
Through the Lerneo system, the project coordinator sends the audit’s participants an invitation with direct access to the test and calendar of interview dates where they book the date and hour of their oral assessment.
Online test
Employees/candidates complete a dedicated online test at any time that suits them best.
Phone interview
Employees/candidates select a suitable date for a telephone interview with the auditor from the provided calendar of appointments. This part of the audit is aimed at verifying the ability to use a foreign language in speech, fluency of speaking, and clarity of communication of the employee/candidate.
Process control
The client’s HR representatives have access to the Lerneo system, which allows them to monitor the project implementation on an ongoing basis, e.g., checking who of the participants has already joined the audit and their result.
Audit report
We prepare individual reports no later than 24 hours after the candidate/employee joins the audit! At any time during the project, the client’s HR representatives can generate collective reports adjusting their form and content to their needs.
Settlement
The client’s HR representatives have access to financial statements, thanks to which they control the project’s budget and settlements on an ongoing basis.
