Choosing a solution
On the basis of our product offer, we prepare a proposition of a tailored solution which will help to achieve the assumed goals of a project.
After we garner our client’s expectations, we configure the system, open accounts for the client’s HR representatives and participants and make available the functionalities which support the realization of a given project.
Needs analysis/Audit of competencies
Our experts analyze participants’ needs so that classes would provide real support in performing daily duties and later, depending on a project, we conduct an audit of competencies.
All our classes look like a workshop and are aimed at the development of participants’ practical skills.
At the end of every workshop or course we conduct a progress test.
At the end of every workshop or course we ask participants to fill in an anonymous satisfaction form which assesses the classes and the teacher.
After each stage or at the end of a project we send our clients a report which summarizes the classes conducted.
